Repost from the SD Webiste:

"Well only 2 weeks to go till SD States is upon us. I've been asked a couple times, what kind of shape is Big Sioux in? I went out and played it and I have to say that today, it was in real good shape, except for hole 2. The State Park guys worked hard this past week, mowing/widening the fairways, trimming, and doing a bunch of clean up. As a side note, Tut Hill got a hand full of new T pads a few weeks ago and is shaping up nicely too. We are close to $2000 added cash, prizes, and sponsorship so we are looking forward to having a solid payout again this year. Also we are planning on having mini disc again Saturday night, so if you can bring a minibasket to help out, that would be appreciated, please let me know. Lastly, here is the link to the PDGA registration web site: http://www.pdgasignup.com/Qstore/Qstore ... D=127851... Hope to see you in 2 weeks, Doug" (August 28th)

Also, as an added feature, there will be a painting that will be auctioned off as a fundraiser for the club.
